Account owners will have access to view reporting data across their whole organisation, whilst location managers will be able to see Insights for their specific location(s)
This is a premium feature available with a full subscription to iAM Compliant.
To access the Insights reporting dashboard, you will need to have a full version of iAM Compliant and be assigned with either Account Owner or Location Manager user permissions.
A Custom Role can be set up for an individual or group of users by an Account Owner who can then grant permission to view, use or manage the Insights Dashboard.
- To set up a custom role, hover over your name in the top right to bring up the user menu, then select Custom Roles from the Account Settings.
