What data can I record in my property condition records?

You can record and import property conditions to help you see how urgently the different elements of your buildings and areas require improvement works

When recording a new property condition, first you will need to specify the space to which you are referring.

Depending on if you've chosen a building, internal area, or an external area you will be given different options for the building sub-element. The building sub-elements relate to the type of space the condition is being recorded for.

You must also provide a description of the condition, when it was recorded, a grade & priority, and the recommended action.

You may optionally include a photo, cost estimate, quote document, and a reference. Please note that it is not possible to include photos and documents via the CSV import functionality.
