Why is my invitation token invalid?
iAM Compliant invitation links expire after a certain amount of time so you will need to be sent a new one.
We send out invite reminders for when they have not been accepted but you may have also missed the expiration for these.
You can email support@iamcompliant.com and we will email you a new link.
Alternatively, you can ask the person who invited you to resend the invite - this is outlined in our article How can I reissue an invite to a user who hasn’t accepted yet?
