You're able to create 'public' projects, visible to all users with access to the Estates area, or 'private' projects, visible to a select few users.
Public projects
Any projects without visibility restrictions will be visible to any users with access to the Estates area of your iAM account.
In terms of the global roles, this means that 'facilities staff', 'location manager', and 'account owner' users will be able to view public projects which are linked to the location(s) they can access.
If you have custom roles set up, then users with 'view', 'use', 'manage', or 'admin' permissions for the Estates area will be able to view public projects which are linked to the location(s) they can access.
Private projects
Any projects with the 'private' option enabled can only be viewed by account owners, and individuals within a group assigned as responsible for the project. Please note that any members of a responsible group which do not have access to the Estates area will not be able to view a project that they have been assigned responsibility for.
