What reports can I access on my Insights dashboard?

Your dashboard provides organisation level reporting across the different features of your iAM Compliant account.

This is a premium feature available with a full iAM Compliant account

 

To access the Insights reporting, you will need to have a full version of iAM Compliant and be assigned either Account Owner or Location Manager user permissions.

Our Insights tool offers an extensive opportunity to delve into different sections, allowing you to tailor detailed reports by utilising data from the different features in iAM. Your reporting view can be customised to focus on what matters most to you and your organisation. You can view reports based on Account, Assets, Bulletins, Business Risks, Estates, Forms, Health and Safety Risks, Help Desk, Incidents, Policies, and Premises. The reporting opportunities are vast.

For example, you can analyse Incidents by severity, type, reported incidents, and unresolved incidents. Additionally, alongside this you could choose to access data for premises, including priority based premises to do lists, and view your overall compliance scores.

To explore all available reporting options, choose 'Datasets' from the Insights menu.




To browse the datasets available for each section, click on the folder, and the advanced options will be displayed.


 
To view a report, select a dataset and your report will be displayed.  

 




To save your chosen report to your dashboard choose the 'Save to dashboard' option.

You can also choose to download the results as a PDF.
