The Form Response Report will highlight outstanding requests, reported failures and unreviewed responses either by form or by person.
This is a premium feature available with a full subscription to iAM Compliant
The following information can be accessed from the Form Response Report:
- Total responses - how many requests have been completed.
- Outstanding requests - how many requests have not been filled out by the recipient.
- Responses with failures - how many requests have been completed with at least one unexpected answer.
- Reported failures - the count of all unexpected answers across this form.
- Unreviewed responses - how many requests haven't been reviewed.
- Unreviewed failures - how many unreviewed responses have unexpected answers.
