What data can I export from the Incidents area?

We offer an anonymised and an extended data export for your recorded incidents, both in CSV format.

To download either the anonymised or extended version of the data export, scroll to the bottom of your Incidents book.

Anonymised data export

The anonymised export option is available to any of your users who have 'manage' access to your Incidents area, this applies to users with the Location Manager role or those given specific access via a custom role. The CSV file includes the following information:

number, date, time, location, zone, where, type, severity,
person_affected, injury, injury_type, treatment_type,
next_of_kin_contacted, outcome, days_lost, assets_involved,
assigned, status, updated_at, owner, reported_to_hse,
reported_to_hse_by, reported_to_hse_at

Extended data export

This extended export option includes identified data, and as such is only available to account owners. The CSV file includes the following information:

number, date, time, location, zone, where, type, severity,
person_affected, affected_person_name, injury, injury_type,
injury_description, treatment_type, treatment_description,
next_of_kin_contacted, outcome, days_lost, assets_involved,
description, witness_statements, assigned, status, updated_at,
owner, reported_to_hse, reported_to_hse_by, reported_to_hse_at

Automation

If you're interested in automating either of these exports, try using an API token to access the incidents endpoints. This will give you access to either the anonymised or extended/identified data export for your organisation's incidents.
