When recording a planned maintenance task, you can add a cost to any task that was outsourced. Adding a cost here will be added to your planned preventative maintenance spending calculations in the budgets section for the relevant location.

Planned preventative maintenance spending per location will be shown alongside capital expenditure and contingency spending.
