How is my capital expenditure spending calculated?
Any costs you've added to assets in your asset register will be automatically pulled through to your budgets section of Estates Management
When registering your individual asset components, you can add a purchase date and price. You can also add this information to any existing assets by editing the asset details. Adding a cost here will be added to your capital expenditure spending calculations in the budgets section for the relevant location.
Capital expenditure spending per location will be shown alongside planned maintenance and contingency spending.
