If you'd rather your staff didn't take one of our courses for whatever reason, you'll be able to disable it from their view. You can also restore any disabled courses when required.
Only account owners, and users with 'admin' access to training as a custom role, can hide courses for their organisation.
To manage the courses available to your users, select the 'manage courses' option from the Training dropdown menu.
You'll then be shown a list of all of the courses available to your organisation. Click 'disable course' to hide it from your users.
N.B. If a user has already taken a course that you choose to disable, it will still be visible to them to enable them to access their certificate.
To re-enable any courses which have been disabled, click 'enable course'.
