Yes you can do this as you complete any of the tasks associated with the asset. Our One Off Jobs feature allows you to record any remedial work that may be required as you carry out your recurring tasks. When filling out the task's completion record simply tick the box to state that some remedial work will be required.
You will then be taken to a page where you can fill out some information about what the job is and why it's needed, as well as when it needs to be done by. You can also attach any photos or documents related to the job, and forward all the information that you've logged on to a contractor of your choice.
