Why am I not receiving a link to reset my password?

After filling out the request on the login page, an email will only be sent to you if the email address that you provide matches the one that we hold for you. Please note that you will see the message below regardless of whether or not your email address matches our database.

If you do not receive a password recovery link then please try again, making sure that you haven't made any typos. You might find it helpful to check which email address previous communications from iAM Compliant were sent to, such as your invitation email, a request to read a document, or the weekly task reminder email.
