What kinds of information can I add to my existing asset records?

There are several categories of information for you to add to your assets, these are:

  • Asset type, reference and description
  • Photo
  • Condition
  • Location (including zone)
  • Warranty and associated serial number
  • Purchase date and price, lifespan, and estimated value at end-of-life
  • Any further notes such as insurance details, where it was purchased, maintenance quirks, extra photos
