Trade Suppliers can provide quotes and manage the requests they receive via their iAM trade account
When raising a one-off job in iAM and assigning it to a contractor, you can choose to issue a Quote Request.
The Quote Request will then appear in the contractor's iAM trade account, where they can either attach a formal quote document or complete the quote details directly within the platform.
Trade Suppliers are notified of new Quote Requests via notification badges in their iAM account. They can then submit a quote by outlining the scope of work and providing an estimated cost, with the option to attach a supporting document.
Once a quote is submitted, the organisation has three options: reject the quote, request changes, or approve it. They can also send a message to the contractor regarding their decision.
The contractor who submitted the quote will see its status marked as pending until the organisation makes a decision.
