How can I give a user the ability to add, edit, or remove other users on my account?

You can give selected users additional user management permissions, providing greater flexibility and control over user access across your account.

This is a premium feature available with a full subscription to iAM Compliant

A new permission within iAM now allows users to manage access whilst not being an Account Owner, this can be assigned within a Custom Role.

To access the Custom Role area, please click on your Profile Icon in the top right of the page > Custom Roles.

(If you do not see a "Custom Roles" link, you may not have access to the feature, please contact support@iamcompliant.com for more information)

Then click "Add Role", or edit an existing role from the list.

Give the role an name, you could also update the description with the new permission context.

Towards the bottom of the page you will see a permission labelled "Users".

Giving "Manage" access will allow some level of management, whereas "Admin" allows full control over Roles and SSO.

Please contact support@iamcompliant.com if you encounter any issues.
