How do I sign a health & safety risk assessment to confirm that I have read it?

If you've been sent a request to read a health & safety risk assessment, you'll need to digitally sign to confirm that you've read and understood the contents

• Click on the risk assessment you wish to sign
• In the menu on the right-hand side click 'Read & sign'
  
• Once you have read the risk assessment, scroll to the bottom and enter your name into the signature box
• Tick the box to say you have carefully read the risk assessment and click 'Sign Risk Assessment' to save
