How do I add geolocation information relating to my school?

By specifying your Unique Property Reference Number (UPRN), you can ensure accurate reporting that relates to your property's exact location.

Adding geographical information about your location is required for certain aspects of the Sustainability feature to enable accurate location data reporting.

You can add your unique property reference number by navigating to the menu, selecting Locations in your organisations settings, and clicking on your location.

To load the coordinates for your school, add your Unique Property Reference Number (UPRN). By providing this information, this will allow you to record the number of pupils at your school using census information, and collect accurate commuting survey data amongst other uses.

To find your location's UPRN value:
Click the "Find a UPRN" button and search for the property on FindMyAddress.
Copy the numeric UPRN value from the pin and enter it into the Geolocation section on the location page.

Once you save the form, we'll look up longitude/latitude coordinate values.
