iAM has guides and job specs for all of the tasks required to keep you compliant.
The guides you see listed are personalised for your business and only cover tasks for the assets you have indicated that you own. As you add new assets the appropriate guides will become available.
There are a number of ways for you to use the information available in the how-to guides.
- Staff Training: You can ask staff that have regular maintenance duties to read the guides to keep up-to-date with best practice and current legislations. They are also an excellent way to induct a new member of staff into their responsibilities.
- Ad-hoc: You can access the guide on a portable device or print it off and use it to help you complete a task when it is due.
- Send to a Supplier: You can send the guide or job spec to a supplier to make sure that you are getting a quote for the right job.
- Personalisation: You can add notes to the bottom of the guide to personalise the guide to more accurately match with the specific guidance from the manufacturer of you assets.
