How can I update my staff’s email addresses in bulk?

If your organisation's email domain changes, we can update them for you

If you email us at support@iamcompliant.com and provide us with a csv form that includes the following:

• full names of staff
• old format of emails
• new format of emails
  
  

we will then be able to update your staff's email addresses on your behalf. To obtain a CSV format of your full staff list, you can click "download results as CSV" from your User list as shown below.
