How can I see a schedule of jobs across multiple locations in my organisation?

A schedule view of jobs can be found through the premises tab on your dashboard.

This feature is only available to users with access to the Premises area across more than one location.

  • Hover over the 'Premises' dropdown in the menu and click 'Schedule'.
  • This will take you to a month view of the scheduled jobs across all your locations.

  • Underneath this you will also find a list view of these jobs.
  • Any upcoming appointments will be denoted by a blue dot in the calendar.
