How can I raise a management action as a follow up to a business risk record?

Raise management actions from risk records to be able to set due dates and assign them to your colleagues

When viewing a business risk record, you will be able to add action points based on the information contained in the record. Add as many actions as necessary by scrolling to the bottom of the page displaying the risk record. Type out a description of the action to be completed and then press enter or click the green button to add it as an action.

Once you've raised an action point you can click into it to add more detail. You can add a description for further information including links and file attachments. You are also able to assign the action to a colleague and set a due date.

You're also able to include additional information in a separate comment within the notes section, where it is also possible to include file attachments.
