How can I make sure that notes and attachments are included in one off job completion records?
Customise your jobs to set the notes field or attachments as requirements for being able to mark a job as completed.
When raising a new one off job, you will see there are options to require notes and uploads.
If you wish to edit an existing one off job to have these fields as requirements, you can edit the details of the job to make sure that these settings are turned on. To do this, click into the relevant job as if you were to complete it, and then select 'Edit job details' from the right hand menu. This will allow you to set file uploads and/or completion notes as requirements for the job to be completed.
