Importing your estates budgets can save time, especially if you have many locations to manage.
You can set budget levels of each of your locations across multiple budget years with a single CSV import across four categories; Planned Preventative Maintenance, Capital Expenditure, Contingency, and Sinking Fund.
Select the 'Import budgets' option from the right hand menu within the budgets area and then select the years you would like to import budgets for and download any current data for those budget years.
We provide a downloadable template to assist with the creation of your own CSV file so you can see which fields are required.
