How can I connect my Wonde account into iAM Compliant?
Use your school's URN to link your Wonde account to your iAM account and allow access to information held in your Management Information System.
To link your Wonde account head to the Locations page within your Account Settings.
Next, select the location for the school whose account you'd like to link and scroll down to the Wonde API Integration section.

Type in your URN to trigger a request to Wonde for access. If you do not know your school's URN, you can find it by using the Government's Get Information about Schools service. The owner of your Wonde account should then receive a notification requesting permission to make the connection. Please note that until the connection is approved within Wonde we will not be able to pull through any information from your MIS. After approval is granted in Wonde, allow a few minutes for the synchronisation of your account data.
If you manage more than one location in your iAM account, this step will need to be repeated for each school.
Once your accounts are connected you will be able to see suggestions based on what you type when filling out the affected person field in your incidents book for staff members and pupils.

You will also be able to view contact details for the person with parental responsibility for pupils or named as next of kin for staff so that emails notifying them of any accidents or injuries can be sent from within iAM containing all relevant information.

If you wish to revoke access to Wonde, please speak with our support team to arrange disconnection.
What data will iAM Compliant receive from Wonde?
Wonde gives us access to data from your MIS and some of it will be stored in iAM. We store this data to enable us to do searches on it.
Staff:
First name, last name, email, phone, address, occupation. Next of kin name and email will only be stored if and when a notification is sent to them via iAM.
Pupils:
First name, last name, email, national curriculum year. The name and email address of a pupil's contact with parental responsibility will only be stored if and when a notification is sent to them via iAM.

What data will Wonde receive from iAM Compliant?
We are not giving Wonde any data - they do not read anything from iAM Compliant. Wonde will only have access to data you've already agreed to share with them.
