How can I assign users to complete a pathway?

Once you've built a pathway, you can assign users to complete the steps within your choice of deadline and report on their progress.

 

1. Navigate to the pathway that you'd like to assign users to.

2. Click the "Assign" tab.

3. Click the "Assign" button.

4. Optionally, you can add a deadline for completion.

5. If you want to add a deadline, select your chosen date.

6. To assign single users, you can search by name or email address.
Once you've chosen your recipient(s), click "Assign users"

7. Alternatively, if you have a group of users to assign, click the "Groups" tab.

8. Assigned users will be listed within the "Assign" tab.
If you'd like to cancel an assignment, simply select the relevant user(s) and then click the red "Unassign" button.

9. Select the group(s) you'd like to assign the pathway to, and then select which location(s) the recipients should be associated with.
Once you've made your selections, click "Assign users".

10. Assigned users will be listed within the "Assign" tab.
If you'd like to cancel an assignment, simply select the relevant user(s) and then click the red "Unassign" button.

11. You can then report on the progress that assigned users have made through the course from the "Report" tab.

12. Use the status filter to refine assigned users to those who have started to make progress through the pathway, those who have completed, or users whose assignment is overdue.

13. This report is also available as a CSV export, which you can download via the "Download CSV" button at the bottom of the page.
