Assign an incident to a colleague to give them the responsibility of completing any required investigations
This is a premium feature available with a full subscription to iAM Compliant
To assign an incident investigation, click into any unresolved incident report. Incident reports are unresolved when their status is set as 'reported', 'investigating', or 'action required'.
You can either click 'Assign' within the status bar, or select 'Assign ownership' from the right hand menu.
Now choose the user that you wish to be assigned to investigate the incident. You are able to choose anyone who has manage access to the location the incident occurred at.
Saving the selection will assign the incident and notify the assignee with an email.
