How can I add recipients in order to send my commuting survey?
Upload your survey recipient list using a CSV file to import the email addresses of your chosen recipients.
This is a premium feature available with a full subscription to iAM Compliant.
Once you've created your survey, you can add your recipients via a CSV file upload containing all of your recipients email addresses.
From your dashboard, select Surveys.
Next, click on the 'Manage Recipients' option located under the 'In this section' header.
Choose 'Add recipients'
You can then choose to upload your prepared CSV file, or alternatively, you can download the provided example file, add the email addresses of your intended recipients, and then upload your completed CSV file.
