iAM lets you create collections of policy documents that can be conveniently sent to colleagues in one go.
You can create a collection of policy documents which you can choose to send to one or more users (or external parties) in one go, rather than having to send each document individually. E.g. you might have a collection of induction policies for a new starter to sign. You can find this feature in the sidebar of the Policies area listed under ‘collections’.
Once documents have been added to a collection, you can choose to send the collection to an individual or a group of users.
