You can conveniently reschedule a planned task that is currently scheduled to fall on a UK bank holiday or weekend, thereby avoiding the task falling overdue during these periods.
Simply select the task that you wish to reschedule from your Planned maintenance schedule, click on 'Customise task' from the task menu.
Next, scroll to 'Task settings'.
If you'd like this task to automatically reschedule appointments if they fall on a weekend or a UK holiday, check the 'Reschedule task for holidays or weekends' box. Your task will automatically be scheduled to a later date if it falls on a weekend or holiday.
If you'd like to attempt to schedule this task earlier, check the 'Reschedule task earlier' box. For example, if a task is due every two days and was last completed on a Thursday, it will be scheduled for Friday instead of next week Monday.
