Can I edit an iAM form?

You cannot directly edit an iAM form, but you may create a duplicate of the form which can be adjusted according to your requirements.

If you'd like to customise one of our pre-built forms to better suit your needs, simply select a form from our globally available forms. Then, go to Form Options and click Copy Form at the bottom of the page to begin editing.

Make changes to the relevant sections and ensure that you select 'save' to update your changes.

Once you've finished editing the form, click Finish Editing.


If you'd like to change the form title (which will default to "[Original Title] - Copy"), simply select Rename/Edit Form to update it. If you've got multiple locations in your iAM account and this form will be specific to just one of them, we'd recommend including the location name in the form title.

Here you can also change the name, description, category and if the form relates to a location, zone, or particular assets.

Select 'Save Form'

Once you have carefully reviewed your form, select 'publish form' and the form will be available to use and stored within your chosen category.
