Can I add a condition manually if it isn’t in our MIS?

You can add medical conditions directly in iAM when the information isn’t available through your MIS integration.

If a pupil or staff member has a medical condition that has not been provided through your MIS integration, authorised users can add the condition manually in iAM.

This helps make sure important medical information can still be recorded and accessed in one place, without needing to wait for the information to become available through your MIS.
