Can I disable training expiry reminders?

You can choose to disable training certificate expiry reminder emails for your users, giving more control over training completion.

When this setting is enabled, users automatically receive reminder emails when their training certificates are nearing expiry.

If you’d prefer not to send these reminders, users with an 'Account Owner' permission level can disable them at any time in your account settings.

How to Disable Reminder Emails:

In your iAM account, head to Settings.

Go to Training Settings under your Account Settings section.

Find the option labelled 'Enable certificate expiry reminders for users'

Untick the box to disable reminder emails for all users in your organisation.

Click 'Save Training Settings' to apply your changes.
