Why can I not change a user's name or email address?

A user can be a member of multiple organisations on iAM. Their identity belongs to them, not the organisations they are part of. The user's name and email is displayed in each organisation they are a member of, so it would not be right to let any one organisation those details. Only the individual can change their personal details.
