My payment has failed, what do I do?

All of our invoices are on 30 day payment terms. If you have an unpaid invoice for an upgrade to one of our paid subscription options your upgrade will not be complete until the invoice has been paid.

As some payments need to be reconciled manually, contact us to let us know the payment has been made and we can unlock the upgrade quicker.
